Whitepaper: How to Engage Customers With Social Media
In March 2010, I launched a small experiment to see if 12 companies I do business with could increase my engagement through the use of social media tools such as Facebook and Twitter. The results were terribly disappointing: 7 out of 12 companies I examined decreased my level of engagement and made me less likely to return as a customer. The good news is I was able to capture the lessons learned in a whitepaper and how-to guide.
