Train-the-Trainer: Employee Training Made Easy

Overview
Every leader is tasked with getting the most out of their people. By definition, this makes them trainers, even if they do not conduct formal training classes.  This Train-the-Trainer workshop shows participants how to construct effective training programs with limited time and resources.

Audience
Anyone who help others develop new knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Format
Half-day (four hours)

Description
This program takes a “learning lab” approach where participants learn how to create a training program by developing one in the class.  The following topics are also covered:

• Overview of training and development
• The basics of adult learning
• The ADDIE model for instructional design
